Francis Vallance attended this ceremony and descrbes what happened: 'There has been a time capsule added to the rear of the Memorial and a dedication placed over the top of it, this was unveiled on Anzac Day 2012 by Amy Adams MP for Selwyn and Kelvin Coe the Mayor for Selwyn. In some of the pics you will see some Soldiers dressed in desert DPM's they are U.S. Rangers (elite US Soldiers) who are on deployment at Burnham Army Camp at the moment.

Inside the Recreation centre they also unveiled and dedicated the Lincoln/Springs Roll of Honour.'
