St. Peter's in the Forest Roll of Honour

The First World War roll of honour at St Peter’s in the Forest Anglican Church, Bombay, was unveiled in 1920. It is an engraved bronze plaque which lists 16 names

”To the / Glory of God / and / in memory of / the men of Bombay / who fell in / the Great War / 1914-1919 / - / Segt. Reg. Hancock / Corpl. Robert Shanahan / Corpl. R.G. Hanna / Bomb. Percy Hancock / Trooper Geo. Scott / [ibid.] Jack Turvey / [ibid.] James Fitness / Pte. Thomas Rudd / [ ibid.] Thomas Burgess / [ibid.] Ralph Kemp / [ibid.] Allen Kemp / [ibid.] Edward Fenton / [ibid.] Oliver McCowan / [ibid.] A.J. Carter / A.C. Evans / J. P. Wills”.
