For the record the "E. PINER" inscribed on the Cenotaph is - Ernest PINER, my uncle. His brothers, Richard PINER, and Edward PINER, the latter my father, also served in The Great War 1914-1918. The "M. J. SEARLE" inscribed in relation to World War II 1939-1945, is Mervyn John SEARLE, my cousin. ---Ian PINER (16/10/2010)
