Queenstown memorial oak

Memorial plaque

The Queenstown memorial oak was planted on Anzac Day 1990 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the battle of Gallipoli. The oak itself is an imported quercus cerris oak from Turkey. Under the oak is a plaque 'Lest We Forget'
