Looks like we are both wrong, it is actually the Ohaupo Memorial Hall! - see this image which shows the full name . I can only imagine a typo got into our system somewhere, anyway all

I think this is the Taupo Memorial Hall, not the Raupo (Northland) Memorial Hall. Last year, I
drove all round Raupo, on the eastern bank of the Northern Wairoa River (it doesn’t take long to
drive all round Raupo!), but I could not locate this hall. I am fairly sure it isn’t there. Was it
ever there? Looking at the photo, the left hand character does not seem to match the letter R in
Memorial, but might well be a T. Googling suggests there was a Taupo Memorial Hall. Is this it?
