Lower Moutere war memorial gates at the recreational reserve on Ching Road in c1986 (top) and 2011 (other images). In the period between when these images were taken the memorial has been changed considerably.
And for some reason a plaque which is now at the Upper Moutere memorial, originally appears to have been added to this one (you can see it in the c1986 image).
