Marquette nurses' memorial, Waitaki Girls' High School

On 17 October 2015 Waitaki Girl's High School unveiled a plaque commemorating former pupil Isabel Clark who died in the Marquette disaster in 1915.

Students fundraised for the plaque and it was unveiled by Head Girl, Naomi Saulala, Deputy Head Girl, Hannah Ballantyne, and Laurelle McNee.
