P. FEVER, "Percy", was the step-son of Frederick William FEVER and his wife Harriet Mary Florence PERROTT nee OGDEN. His father was Arthur Ernest PERROTT. Percy's birth name was Rueben Percy Claud PERROTT [sic] and he was born on 28 Feb 1896 in Eltham, Taranaki, New Zealand.
Percy was killed in The Somme on 21 Sep, 1916 at the age of 20. He had enlisted on 20 October, 1915, aged 19. His last unit was the Canterbury Infantry Regiment, 2nd Battalion, 1st Company. His first unit was the 9th Reinforcements Canterbury Mounted Rifles, C Squadron.
Percy had one full sister, Annie Harriett Florence Myrtle, born 1893, and 3 or 4 FEVER half-siblings.
I'm connected to Percy via the FEVER family.
