Blackstone Cemetery (also known as Hills Creek Cemetery ) originally functioned as the cemetery of a Gold rush settlement. However, it is still in use, and its entrance gate functions as a War Memorial. Erected by Miss McKeeman, a plaque on the pediment lists seven solders killed in action 1914-1918 and eleven who have died since returning.
Blackstone Cemetery is located some 500 metres Hills along Creek Road just off Highway 85.
