Taylor's Ave state houses
This 20-unit 'cluster' complex in Taylors Road, Mount Albert, Auckland, was an infill scheme constructed in the late 1970s. To counter criticism of previous projects, each house was designed to 'give it its own distinctive identity' and provided with a private courtyard.
