You forgot to mention one ironic thing about this stamp. Rutherford is cited as saying: "All science is either physics or stamp collecting." Ernest Rutherford, in J. B. Birks "Rutherford at Manchester" (1962) Who knew he'd ever have his face on a stamp ;)
