Norma Langford
I left Glasgow in July 1957 with my brother Raymond. I shared a cabin with five other women and I was the youngest assisted immigrant to leave England as I was not eighteen until the September of that year. I think because I was travelling with my brother they must have turned a blind eye. We loved the journey to New Zealand and were lucky enough never to be sea sick at any stage.
