Modern state-owned flats

One of Housing New Zealand's recent developments is this $9.9 million, 51-unit apartment complex in Hillsborough Road, Lynfield, Auckland. Designed mainly for older tenants, it was opened in March 2003.

I lived at 580 Hillsborough Rd. For 20 yrs
1st Tennant in.
Beautiful home brand new.
Very lucky as this was my first experience with Hnz. I stayed till I went into residential care.
